What’s Happening @ Bow Valley!

Live Nativity:

Experience the story of Christ’s birth from the safety of your vehicle!

Join us December 5th or 6th for 4 different showtimes (7 & 8pm each night).

While this event is FREE, we will be collecting voluntary donations for the Cochrane Activettes Christmas boxes! Examples of items that are in high demand are: rice, pancakes, pancake syrup, large canned hams, 1 litre juice boxes, oatmeal and gluten free products. Other ideas are toys, family board games and gift cards!

There are limited spaces for each showing so preregistration is required. For more information & to register for one of our 4 showings, please click the button below!

Join us as we worship together in person. Please continue reading as important guidelines are below.

To be able to worship in our church building, we have formed some guidelines for us that are based on the government of Alberta’s recommendations found here:

https://open.alberta.ca/publications/covid-19-information-guidance-for-places-of-worship

We are requesting you complete a self assessment prior to coming found here: https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Journey/COVID-19/Pages/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx

-This service will be inside the church building, so singing will not be permitted. We will have to keep it to a quiet hum.

-We love to hug and shake hands, however we will have to keep it to a wave (hello!) from 2 meters or a good hockey stick length away. The building is set up to encourage social distancing, so please respect that.

-Our staff & volunteers will be wearing masks and we are asking to you to mask up to help care for each other.

-If you enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea (Mmmm!) during worship time, please feel free to bring your own, but not enough to share around.

-Parents are asked to keep their children close to them and hold children’s hands who are 2 years and under. Please bring your own items to entertain your children.
